Entrepreneur First

Entrepreneur First (EF) is an international talent investor founded in 2011 by Matt Clifford and Alice Bentinck, who previously worked as management consultants at McKinsey. EF pioneered the concept of talent investing — finding and investing in individuals before they have a co-founder or idea. The organization operates across London, Paris, Bangalore, New York, and San Francisco and has helped create more than 600 companies with a combined value of over $11 billion. EF invests $250K for approximately 9% equity.
