EWOR is a European accelerator and fellowship founded in 2021, run full-time by six entrepreneurs who have collectively built companies worth over €12 billion — including SumUp, Adjust, ProGlove, and united-domains. EWOR invests up to €500K in founders selected for its fellowship, which is fully modular and remote. The program backs the top 0.1% of founders building €10B+ companies and provides 1:1 mentorship from unicorn builders. EWOR raised €60M in 2025 to expand its fellowship.
