About
ODF (formerly On Deck Founders) is a non-dilutive founder fellowship for people who want to build conviction and find a co-founder. On Deck co-founder Julian Weisser has run it as CEO since January 2024. The core of the program is a one-week in-person sprint in San Francisco with 80 to 100 participants, more than half of them technical. It takes no equity and is pay-what-you-can, with a suggested $1,000 contribution. Fellows keep lifetime access to a 3,000-plus member alumni community, $800K in perks, and introductions to firms like Khosla, Sequoia, a16z and Benchmark. More than 1,000 startups have come out of ODF, raising over $2B between them. Applications are at joinodf.com; the old beondeck.com redirects there. ODF28 begins in Q3 2026.
