Pioneer

Pioneer is a fully remote startup accelerator founded in 2018 by Daniel Gross and Rishi Narang, backed by Marc Andreessen and Stripe. The program aims to democratize access to startup funding for talented people outside traditional Silicon Valley networks, operating like a "city on the internet". Pioneer has backed more than 100 founders, providing $20K for 5% equity plus a $200K MFN note on a rolling basis. The program uses a software-driven approach to identify potential founders.
