About
Sequoia Arc is Sequoia Capital's program for pre-seed and seed founders, launched in 2022. Sequoia calls it a bi-annual open call, but is not advertising a window at the moment. The Arc page carries no application form, and the last open call Sequoia published closed in August 2025. No introduction is needed when a call is open: Sequoia says it finds founders through cold outreach and chance encounters as well. There are no standard terms: Sequoia states that every pre-seed or seed partnership it makes is company-specific. Companies it partners with are invited to the Arc Intensive, four days working through customer understanding, positioning, team building, and growth against Sequoia's frameworks. Every company Sequoia backs, Arc or otherwise, is eligible for the same founder benefits, including up to $500K in NVIDIA savings and up to $350K in Azure credits.
