Sequoia Arc

Sequoia Arc is Sequoia Capital's catalyst program for outlier founders, launched in 2022. The firm invests $1M uncapped for 5% equity in each startup and runs three batches per year. The seven-week program devotes each week to a different fundamental of company building — creating value, building for customers, and gaining traction. Sequoia deliberately avoids calling Arc an accelerator, preferring "catalyst," and notably does not hold traditional demo days.
